RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- All returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
- Full priced items can be returned for a refund or a 110% store credit.
We are not able to accept returns for garments that are found to be worn, washed or altered in any way. Please take care when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
Please note customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless the item has been deemed faulty or incorrect. The refund will be processed once we have received the item and reviewed its condition.
With Consideration cannot be help responsible or liable in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. If the customer's identification details (surname, first name, email, address) are not included in the returned parcel the parcel shall be refused.

COST OF RETURNS
Australian Returns: A restocking fee of $10 will be applied for returns requesting a refund. Restocking fee is waived for customers wanting credit note. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed.
New Zealand Returns: Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed.
Please ensure you include packing slip in your parcel otherwise, we will not be able to identify your return. Attach your return label to the parcel where it is clear and unobstructed. Ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at contact@withconsideration.com.au with supporting imagery and we will advise on how to proceed.
We are unable to process any returns for concerns that fall under general wear and tear. Please ensure you carefully follow washing instructions for each item to ensure longevity of your garment
ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE
All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price during a promotional period can only be returned for store credit.
