Returns

Thank you for shopping at With Consideration. We strive to ensure you love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions.

 

Return Window

Returns for full-priced items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging without stains, marks, odors, or alterations.
  • Include the original packing slip for identification.

Please note: Items returned that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

Return Options
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law guidelines, With Consideration does not provide refunds for change of mind or for purchases made in the incorrect size. 

  • Full-Priced Items: Eligible for a store credit equivalent to 110% of the item's value.
  • Sale Items: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.





Costs of Returns

Return costs are at your expense; we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel reaches us securely.

  • Australian Returns: A $10 restocking fee will apply for refunds. This fee is waived for store credit. Return postage costs are not reimbursed.
  • New Zealand Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

International Customers: Please note, we currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. Items can be returned for store credit, which can then be used to repurchase the desired size or product.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at contact@withconsideration.com.au with images and details of the fault. We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed.

  • Faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the situation.
  • Concerns related to general wear and tear or improper care are not considered faults. Please follow the care instructions provided.



Initiating a Return

To start a return, visit our returns portal and follow the steps provided. Ensure your package is securely sealed, with the return label attached visibly.



Important Information
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: With Consideration is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during the return process. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Identification Details: Include your name, email, and order number in your return. Packages without identification may be refused.
  • Refund Processing: Store credit or refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
