RETURNS AND REFUNDS

With Consideration has a 7 day return policy. We are more than happy to accept your return if you change your mind within 7 days of the delivery date provided that the item/s remain in their original condition with original packaging and all tags attached. 

We are not able to accept returns for garments that are found to be worn, washed or altered in any way. Please take care when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.  

Please note customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless the item has been deemed faulty or incorrect. The refund will be processed once we have received the item and reviewed its condition.

With Consideration cannot be help responsible or liable in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. If the customer's identification details (surname, first name, email, address) are not included in the returned parcel the parcel shall be refused.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please email us at contact@withconsideration.com.au with supporting imagery and we will advise on how to proceed. 

We are unable to process any returns for concerns that fall under general wear and tear. Please ensure you carefully follow washing instructions for each item to ensure longevity of your garment 

RENTAL COMPANIES

With Consideration is only available directly through this website, we are in no way affiliated with any rental or third-party websites that claim to sell or rent our products nor can we verify the authenticity of their products.
