I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN IT BE CHANGED ?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?

We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs vary based on the
destination and the total weight of your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED ?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated (such as during launches, sales, or busy periods). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM?

With Consideration cannot be held responsible for missing items. Each order is hand packed with care and weighed to ensure all items are included before dispatch. The courier then confirms the parcel's weight upon dispatch, and we receive written and visual confirmation on all delivered orders. If you have any issues with your order, please email us atcontact@withconsideration.com.au so we can review the matter.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER ?

At this stage, we’re unable to offer order pick ups. All orders are dispatched via our shipping partners to ensure orders are processed efficiently and securely.

Returns and Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume or damage will not be accepted.

If your return meets our conditions, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange. Store credit has no expiry, so you’re welcome to take your time choosing your next piece.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and items must be returned promptly once approved.
